We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
For international shipments, Yes, That's 3D Printed is not responsible for any customs fees, tariffs, taxes, and duties.
If the return is caused by the consumer, a consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason
No restocking fee is to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.;
Product(s) can be exchanged within 30 calendar days from the date you received it if there is a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as received with the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for any possible exchanges.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once Yes, That's 3D Printed has received the product(s), we will conduct an inspection and provide notification of its return. Please allow for at least 10 business days from when we receive your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
If approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. Refunds through credit cards are time-sensitive, depending on the credit card issuer's policies.
If the parcel is returned because of local government import regulations, we will NOT offer you a refund after receiving the returned package.
Please note that all refunds DO NOT include shipping fees (for both original shipping and return shipping), and/or other fees such as courier transaction or customs fees, tariffs, taxes, and duties.
You MAY NOT request for a product return and/or refund if you fail to complete the customs clearance or fail to or refuse to collect your products resulting in products returned or destroyed by the customs office.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
